Infant Survival Float Program (6 mo+)

(Pricing indicated below)

This program focuses on teaching your baby one critical skill: to roll onto their back, float, and breathe independently for several minutes if an incident were to happen. A water incident can happen at any moment. This training will equip your child with tools that can potentially save their life.
Although safety is the most important thing, survival swim lessons also support your child’s overall development

What Your Child Learns
  • Independent forward swimming with their face in the water
  • Rolling onto their back to rest and breathe
  • Repeating a swim-float-swim sequence to reach safety
  • Problem-solving in the water (changing direction, finding an exit)
What a Typical Week Looks Like

Week 1: Water Introduction & Breath Control
Your baby learns to hold their breath, become comfortable in the water, and begin short submersions that increase over time. I introduce the feeling of rolling to their back.

Week 2: Assisted Back Floating
I gently guide your child into a back float position, building comfort and trust.

Week 3: Independent Roll to Back
Your baby begins learning how to turn from face-down to back with decreasing assistance.

Week 4: Unassisted Floating
Your child will be able to fully support themselves and sustain a float for several minutes.
